 UK Delivery

  • UK Delivery parcels are sent 2nd Class Signed Royal Mail on a 2-4 day delivery service at £4.25.
  • Free UK Delivery for orders over £95. Parcels are sent 2nd Class Signed Royal Mail on a 2-4 day delivery service.
  • We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day, however this will be dependent on stock availability and demand.
  • A signature may be required on delivery.

UK Express Delivery £7.95

  • Express Delivery parcels are sent Special Delivery on a next delivery service.
  • We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day, however this will be dependent on stock availability and demand.

Republic of Ireland Delivery £8.95

  • ROI Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail on a 2-4 day delivery service.
  • We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day, however this will be dependent on stock availability and demand.

 

 

Sales Tax and VAT

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

When you are at you shopping bag page, you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and VAT.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team.

We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer as we don’t offer a free return or collection service at this time. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a standard tracked service such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded within the UK. For higher priced returns we recommend using a tracked insured service.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email to confirm when this has been done. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.
