It's not often that London gets an entirely new destination to explore, Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross is a place where art, commerce and culture come together.

Kings Cross has been evolving over the last decade, once a run down inner city area of London, its now a hub of travel, shopping, eating and office space. Inspiring architecture has been a core component of this regeneration, by preserving the industrial Victorian past and fusing with cutting edge new design, a unique urban redevelopment has been created. Nowhere is this more evident than Coal Drops Yard, utilising the Victorian coal marshalling yards and brick viaducts, its now the head office of British designer Tom Dixon, a shopping destination for 'non-high street' stores and home to some exciting new restaurants.

Definitely worth a visit and a good excuse for some menswear treats...who knows, maybe one day there will be a Centre Front Pop Up Shop there...
